Policies Initial Evaluation/Consultation $20 Fee: The Initial Evaluation will be the first tutoring appointment with the student. During this time, the priority will be to establish a relationship with the student, to establish the learning needs of the student, and the parental expectations of the students progress. The Initial Evaluation and Consultation is usually about an hour, and the fee is $20.

Payments: Payments are to be paid as established in the Tutoring Agreement. This is mutually agreed upon during the Initial Consultation. We accept cash or checks, debit/credit cards, or you may choose to be invoiced monthly in advance of services rendered. Any missed appointments will be rescheduled. A $30 fee will be assessed to all returned checks. By completing a Credit/Debit Form for Payment Processing, you may pay with a Credit/Debit Card. Lrng2HavFun will process the request within 24hrs with the provided information. If payment is denied after processing, you will be immediately contacted. Lrng2HavFun will require another method of payment, either cash or check only. Payment by Invoice: You may choose to be invoiced monthly in advance by email, and payment requested via Credit/Debit - you need not have a Pay Pal account. Just follow instructions on PayPal from there. You may contact the Director, at 501-650-2403, if you are having problems making electronic payment via email.

Additional Fees: Additional Fees may apply if the student requires additional learning resources, such as workbooks or visual aids. These will be tools used in addition to the usual school books the student utilizes for everyday school assignments. If this is necessary, we will discuss options with Parents/Students. Parents/Students agree to assume all expenses for these materials. Limitation of Liability: While the Tutor will endeavour to ensure the Student makes satisfactory progress, this cannot be guaranteed, and the Tutor cannot be held accountable for the academic success or otherwise of the Student. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tutor accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Tutor’s services or any errors or omissions in the content of the Tutor’s learning materials. |
